Cancellation Policy for Sonnenweg Apartments

If the guest informs Sonnenweg Apartments in writing (via email or registered mail) that they intend to cancel their confirmed reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

1. If cancellation is received three months before the first day of the booked stay, there is no cancellation fee and 100% of the deposit is refunded.
   
   
2. If cancellation is received between three months and one month before the first day of the booked stay, there is no cancellation fee and 40% of the deposit is refunded.
   
   
3. If cancellation is received between one month and one week before the first day of the booked stay, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price of the booked stay applies.
   
   
4. If cancellation is received during the last week before the first day of the booked stay, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price of the booked stay applies.
